Challenge: 

At first, our company faced the challenge of managing a large volume of leads generated through digital marketing. With three salespeople and 330 leads per salesperson, it was difficult to handle all inquiries while simultaneously selling motorcycles. We were using Excel for lead management, which proved to be ineffective and prone to errors. The lack of proper follow-up caused frustration for both salespeople and customers.

We have expanded our operation from one branch to 10 in Argentina and 7 in Mexico, and the implementation of Darwin has made this growth sustainable without compromising service quality.
